A CIP (Clean In Place) system is a crucial part of any brewery, that ensures cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene, and prevents the risk of beer infections.
ZIP cares for the environment where your beers are born and offers CIP systems of several configurations and capacities for middle-size breweries.
2-vessels CIP with manual valves
A Mobile kit, which includes a heated alkali vessel and an acid vessel. Features temperature setting, pumps, and complete piping. The 13 manual valves and complete piping make all types of cleaning functions possible. Cold water and waste fluid pipelines are also connected directly to the system.
For breweries with a brewing capacity of 250-1000 liters per brew:
3-vessels automatic CIP system
The CIP is fully integrated with the piping of the fermentation system. Features a heated alkali vessel, acid vessel, and sanitation liquid vessel. With this option, the air actuated piston valves are part of the system. The piping is complete with pumps and a conductivity sensor, which separates chemicals during the CIP process based on measured values. Cold water and waste fluid pipelines are connected directly to the system.
For breweries with 500 liters to 6000 liters volume UNI-tanks:
4-vessels automatic CIP system
Features a hot alkali vessel for pipeline system cleaning, a cold alkali vessel for tank cleaning, an acid tank, and a sanitation liquid vessel. The system is outfitted with two pumps, ensuring the ability to clean both pipelines and tanks at the same time. Piping features pneumatic butterfly valves. All four vessels are fitted with a concentrated cleaning solution dosing pump, with stainless steel fittings and closing valves. Cold water and waste fluid pipelines are also connected directly to the system.
For breweries with over 6000 liters volume UNI-tanks:
Brewhouse CIP system
Prevents the penetration of malt and hops pieces into the cleaning solution during brewhouse cleaning by means of an additional hot alkali vessel as a buffer. Independent from the operations of the central CIP system, the Brewhouse CIP system can be used to alkalize the brewhouse vessels at any time.
Recommended for systems of 3-brews per day and 2000 liter/ brew capacity.
