As an extension of our profile in 2002 we started designing and manufacturing of wine-making equipments and other grape processing technologies.
For giving a wider range of services in the wine-making sector we started to manufacture oak barrels and other cooperage products maintaining the well-known traditions of Tokaj Hegyalja wine region. This activity combines the centuries long manufacturing traditions and the modern production technologies.
Our cooperage factory produces more than 2000 pieces of traditional and barrique type barrels annually which are made of high quality Zemplén oak. Among these the most popular is the widely known Gönci barrel that is also an important part of making the Aszú wine.
In addition to the fermentation and storage barrels our factory also produces special barrels for cognac and other long fermentation and high spirit products.
The range of products of our company is changing according to the market requirements. Nowadays we conduct a huge export activity. Our main markets include Germany, Italy and othe Eastern European countries.
